People were talking about this in the main thread, so I thought I would set it up. We need to figure out house rules, who can host, and who's gonna play what. To decide what nations are going to be played, everyone should put down their top three choices, and we can go through that later. Ideally, everyone would be somewhat near Europe if we have a low player count, but if we have loads we can spread all over. I don't know about house rules, but one thing for sure, is that people should not start withing 2 provinces of each other in the HRE. This ensures people have room to expand before we get into PVP. But yeah, if someone could come up with a more comprehensive list, that would be awesome. ALSO SOMEONE HAS TO HOST PLEASE AND THANKS.

I'm GMT +2, and I can probably host. I am interested in playing (in order) Muskovy/Ming, The Hansa/Tuscany, and Austria/Bavaria/Bohemia/Brandenburg... I just hate it when there's no player playing the Holy Roman Emperor, or France for that matter. It's so much more interesting when it's not mechanistic and (literally) dumb.

Speaking of watching and playing, would it be impossible to get someone in Observer mode and recording this, maybe even commenting on it, possibly with the players? I don't know if it would be interesting or feasible, but I like it as an idea.

I'm not picky. I think most nations would be rather fun to play in a MP environment, barring interactions like the one between Muscovy and Novgorod It's arguably worse than Byzantium and Ottomans.

Usually if I'm playing an East Asian nation, I try to cockblock Muscovy out of all of Siberia with a colonist rush, so I dunno, if someone plays Russia I might prefer something like Majapahit or Morocco.

Right now I'm managing the kickstarter 24/7 but just saw this thread and will probably play with you guys once I go back to regular working hours.
