I will kinda pragmatically point out that the ottomans now own more than 25% of all provinces. As a military dictatorship with technological avantage and easily defended borders, they're almost undefeatable.

Now is not the moment to give them more techs or more time.

Though I do find myself wondering 'can we stall until turn 250 and agree on unanimous victory?'

Because I am 90% really like the ol' Russian Empire. And I intend for it to stay that way. :P
But yeah. The Ottomans have tons o' land. Compared to the snowy north where I am...
