Yes.  Started with 4x research with Spain, Russia, Prussia, and S. Europa.  Dropped Spain for trade with Russia.  Lost S. Europa on the attack and it has not yet been replaced.

Where'd the French army in North Africa come from?  There were two there, but it looks like they both moved to Greece.

It appears that the Ottomans roll well on offense and poorly on defense.  Perhaps that Dictatorship bonus is secretly backwards.
