The fire goes around the lamp.

Zinnia slides over towards the lamp, although she maintains a good distance from the thing, and unholsters her shotgun.

"Oho, creepy demon lamp. Who knows how valuable it is?

I think I'll shoot it with Darling."

A passing imp flips Zinnia off.

"Get out of here, you little shit."

Suddenly, a black blur speeds over the dumpster and grabs the lamp.

"Well, this got weird really fucking quickly."

Zinnia slithers back into the bar, coiling herself around a stool and positioning her upper body on top of it, and lights a cigarette.

Alith, meanwhile, ducks into a side alley and examines the lamp he narrowly rescued from being shot at.
"Wonder what kind of idiot threw this thing away? Looks like one of those genie lamps or something people keep talking about that grant wishes. Sure wish I had one of these things back home....." He rubs his chin, examining the lamp closer before snapping his fingers.

"Wait! If it grants wishes......hm......I suppose I could use it to figure out a way to stop that dog guy from being such a stick in the mud......dammit, him and that prince guy aren't any fun. Or, wait....I could even wish for all my charges to be cleared! Or something!

Wait, Nadan, what are you doing?! I'd better see if it's the real thing or not. Even if it isn't, I can sell it for a pretty penny- a little gold won't hurt. Maybe even set the genie free, being as it is I know what it feels like to be locked in a small space for a while." Shrugging, he rubs the lamp, hoping to release the genie he assumes it contains.

Meanwhile, at the front of the Tasteful Club, a crowd seems to be gathering, followed by yelling and shouting.

The bouncer looks at the crowd in boredom.

It's yet another whackjob claiming that he'll turn the joint with his buddies and take all the money. He happens to be a goblin.

Of course he somewhat backs down from doing so when he sees all the patrons with weapons and so, so he resorts to sticking just outside the Club, menacing passerby.

The bouncer calls the cops about the person loitering. Fucking two bit gobbos.

The cops are indeed called. The goblin, however, wasn't alone!

Over the counter at the front of the bar, a kobold springs away, several bottles of booze in hand.

On his way out the kobold would run into the bartender. An old dwarf. He doesn't look happy.

The kobold throws the booze over the bartender's head to his other buddy, also a goblin and runs backwards.

Booze will be had dammit!

The dwarf sighs and mumbles something before chasing after the Kobold.

The kobold runs! He NEARLY makes it away before....
"Hardly polite."

Ao's hand grabs the kobold and throws him back into the bartender.
