Create miniature tornado using Wind III and send it howling through their ranks.

||You know nothing of true power. This? This is not power. The power to kill and to maim? That is nothing. TRUE power is the power to control. And I will demonstrate it. Kneel. NOW! Or you will be knelt.||
The tornado throws the majority of them to the ground or off their balance.

Continue firing fireballs at the remaining bandits, minus the redguard
you kill 3 more bandits

[bandits dead 10]
[bandits injured 5]
[bandits alive 5]
[bandits not injured 0]

Give him a two left one right punch combo to the face.
the first left hits him square in the face, he blocks the second and the right punch lands on his jaw
you heard his jaw break

he lands a knee in you gut and is prepping for another kick

I Walk over to the remaining bandits, minus the redguard, and wield a fireball in my hand. "Remain still and maybe I will let you live!"

Knock it aside then sweep his legs out from under him and pin him down.

((just going to update as this is a fight ending action))
two of them run away and the other three cower on the ground

Knock it aside then sweep his legs out from under him and pin him down.
you block the kick and knock him down
you have him pinned down
He wraps his legs around one of yours and is trying to get his hands free

"Who are you working for? This cannot be your only camp, reveal your employers and I may put a good word for you to the Lawgiver of the city. I will accept no lies and no not-answering, and will deal with that swiftly. Oh Cyrus, why don't you help me tie up these robbers there?"

Dislocate his arms.
You pop his left shoulder out of socket
he has your right leg in a lock and is putting preassure on your knee cap

"Who are you working for? This cannot be your only camp, reveal your employers and I may put a good word for you to the Lawgiver of the city. I will accept no lies and no not-answering, and will deal with that swiftly. Oh Cyrus, why don't you help me tie up these robbers there?"

Cyrus begins tieing them up with a wide smile
Harnak helps him tie the knots as his bulky hands have a difficult time with it

one of them speaks up, ¨Well your redguard friend is fighting our boss inside that tornado wall thing¨

Send the birds scouting around for other animals of a more violent nature.

Nothing to beastly around but a vulture does report on a nearby caravan

Use my free hand to force his leg off mine then do the other shoulder.
You are unable to break his grip
Your knee is now in an enourmous amount of pain
You have torn a muscle in his shoulder

Slam his head into the ground to stun him then get my leg free.
You smack his face and slip lose but lose grip of his arm
