Indeed, the costs do add up. It's often best to try doing things collaboratively. This doesn't necessarily require a slow proposal.

Worship Units. It is a component of Essence income through some formula I have on a spreadsheet.

KJP, I understand that you did those fast updates for the fun of players, but please refrain from duing same in the future. Fusil died while I was in a single lecture, hardly able to participate. Due to time zones I could had been verry well asleep the whole time just as well. Realy unfair.

Yeah, I missed most of it as well; I had to write up a good bunch of proactive if-actions to even have an effect, and most of them went down the drain anyway.

Sorry about that. I'll make sure to stretch out similar events in the future over at least a day to make sure all the time zones can get something done.

Actually, I'm going to try polling to see what time-frame would work best. Perhaps 12 hours can be enough? I'm new at GMing, especially for a trans-time-zone thing.

I think the timing was good. I should probably be asleep for the exam Tuesday, but I wouldn't want it to go slower. Fights should be quick events, not something that takes an entire tick to complete.

Well, it should be fast but we still want people who are participating to be able to participate. I liked the speed because I was active then, but I should probably have been asleep for the whole thing...

I guess this sort of thing also depends on which players are involved, and even an 8hr interval would be excessive if, say, there were only two participants in much the same time zone. It would help with planning in the future if I could get all participants to send available hours.

Wouldn't you have not known about it anyway? It was originally intended to be a PM-driven thing.

+1. Please don't take this the wrong way, I don't hold anything against you as a player. With that said......

I find it really ironic that Fusil kept warning Yaos and other gods about making enemies and getting killed for it, and yet that's exactly what happened to Fusil! Just wonderful :D

Maybe we should have hourly updates next time? I edited a lot of stuff in my posts and evidently not all of them made it through.
