Oh yes, to clarify, Kilojoule, that's the other half of Darruth, which hasn't been brought out yet, and might never get brought out. There's kinda two forms of Darruth; the one that acts more like me and is very blunt and forthright and does stuff a God of Goodness probably shouldn't do, and the one I present to you guys, who has to be far more eloquent and polite. (for example, not making a giant middle finger directed to the Void thingies).

But anyway. RIGHTEOUS FURY and altruism are basically the two concepts I combined to make him. Righteous Fury is just difficult to do without a power base.

Sounds good to me, Kilojoule, hopefully it'll work.

I won't even be able to get online until around 2 hours or so will be left on the deadline.

If that sentence made any sense.

In the meantime, what patterns of stuff seem to be working against the monsters? Flaming fat golems?

The flaming fat just keeps the golems burning. Fire can't continue without a fuel source, after all. As for patterns, I can't really reveal anything directly, unfortunately, but it's always possible to trawl the archives and see what worked and what didn't.

Right,but I'd also thought I'd seen that fire was ineffective. And was hoping to glean info from the people who would be necessity be paying more attention to their own efforts and tactics.

The point of keeping the golems on fire isn't for the value of fire as a weapon. It's more to keep the golems functioning at a reasonable speed.

Something about an internal furnace being more efficient, I think. But as long as it works.

Quite a bunch of the golems are sapient. It's just that they have control over the degree of intelligence of new goldms (if I remember correctly) and decide that non-sapient warriors are better.

Some violation of common sense is inevitable, given the premise. Excessively large violations are, however, disincentivized through price increases.

I'm not sure about difficulty. Could you elaborate on that?

Humanos has been said to work very well. Considering their size, the fact that they don't bleed (thus no more demon summons), and the fact that there's a thousand of the bloody things all seem to contribute. A lot of them have died but if they were more than simply half-sentient casualties would probably go way down. I'd make more Controlados but....wait. I was going to say they were more expensive, but they're even LESS sentient than a Humanos Grande (than even a Saeva even!), and any human can pilot one so long as a psy-link is established....... This requires more thought.

The golems were built to dwell deep enough in the earth that geothermic energy was a big thing. Their home environment is about 300 C I believe. They slow down when in cooler environments for roughly the same reason lizards do.

In case you didn't know, Rolep, it costs less to propagate a species than it does to prototype one. Creating 300 of something, for example, costs less when that something already exists.

How many times can a Jumper Angel jump per minute? 60? 12? 6?
