In a totally unprecedented move (no joke, it's actually unprecedented), Lord Malakath listens to the prayers of those praying to the Council as a whole.

Might I ask what you hope to gain from what, in my view, is an entirely pointless activity?

"Well, if a mortal were to, for example, find out about a large Void summoning ceremony, they might pray to their god about the event or they might use their enhanced common-sense to warn the entire Council of the Bubble-threatening event, as they rightly should. Aside from that, it would be rather interesting to see what mortals pray to the Council for. Besides, how would you know if it's a pointless activity when it's never even been done before?"

Common sense doesn't mean that they're going to do "the right thing". Why would warning the Council be the right thing anyway? They'll use this common sense to realise we haven't actually done all that much to counter Void influence, and do something else, probably for their own benefit. Because that's sensible.

It's pointless because the individual members of the Council are more likely to give a shit about their own creations, to the detriment of others, especially since it's unlikely to benefit them very much.

Point in fact: we very rarely agree with how to deal with things, the recent Merfolk Incident being a great example. Did we actually do anything about it? No, we looked out for our own people, and to the Void with the rest of them.

KI'Tork listens to Prayers.

"Hey,Muighoseph'aalaunw! What is it you need? I'd be glad to help as long as it's not destructive towards the Bubble, I'm fine with obnoxiousness though."

"You are really putting far to much stock  in a 0E common sense upgrade. You don't even know what it really does, yet you act like it is a perfect solution for everything. Couldn't you at least do some experiments to see what the difference is before shoving it into everything?"

Listen to the prayers of any Ice Golems, because I don't think I have answered any prayer from them yet and move the Drrol to the ice planet.

Raptil:
"Aww."

I suggest we look into some sort of Self-Contained-Underwater-Breathing-Apparatus, so that air breathing creatures can breathe underwater, unless it already exists.

Raptil:

"We bought some floatstone, so it's not too hard to drop boulders on them"

Yeah, that could work if you used the floatstone to hold the boulders. You could also use it to bring back the game you dropped the boulders on, amongst other things.

"Do you really think that how much essence I have is the issue? I am far more powerful then your entire pantheon in all ways. Tykki can nuke you for free, I could have you turned into a pile of ash in seconds."

"Firepower. A war between us could be decided by a single blow. I have more firepower then your pantheon, no, the rest of the Gods combined. Age and sphere helped with that, I suppose, but the end result is me being far more powerful then you could imagine."
