In a completely unrelated note, I create the first Alreona Flasks in an Armu city under heavy Vindico guard:

Simple enchanted glass flasks, normally made of see-through material, capable of making an Alreona type homunculus. This is done by taking genetic material (like a hair, perverts....) from either one person, making a homunculus based on the DNA that is essentially their child with the vat adding some traits the other parent would give it (often making oddities such as strange colored hair or eyes), or two people, making what their child would be. It is capable of creating hybrids between races that would not normally be able to make offspring, taking some of both traits in a way that doesn't leave them crippled. The Alreona act just like the race that they are biologically in every way, including soul, but are sterile and can only viable make more of themselves via Alreona flasks. The flasks are filled with a variety of ingredients, creating a clear liquid, including the DNA in this step. This soon develops into a fetus, which must be 'feed' and taken care of by the parents who can watch the development. It takes about twice as long as carrying it normally would, hybrids taking the mean from both the parent's biological races and doubling it. The soul is developed during this time . Once the child is fully developed, the clear liquid changes color to bronze and the new baby may be safely removed so the flask can be reused.

Alright, well, I'm glad I put up those Obelisks now, and gave my followers all the shit I did. Didn't think Merfolk could survive this long out of water, actually, though they've obviously found some way to circumvent that.

Also, 'If I wanted X done I'd do it myself' is a terrible, terrible way to try and proclaim your innocence, because it acts like noone understands subtlety or measured action.

If some members of ISAY were actually planning to attack NUKE then that's certainly a problem I have to fix. Are you sure it isn't some fantasy of a scientist who didn't like NUKE very much or something of the sort?"

Check the Turonni are settling into Chance alright. Food, water, education, entertainment and such.
