Making gods: A better question is this: "Do I want an independent GMPC with the possibility of turning on me or allying with me and antagonizing the others?")

(Wow, yeah. I made two maths errors in a row there. But how does the cap increase? A flat amount of Essence before it goes up? A chance of going up whenever Essence is gained (regardless of the amount of Essence added)? Other?

That sounds very very interesting. I won't do it in this case, but it's possible I could theoretically use an inactive god to ascend someone to godhood, right?)

I like to create the Frozen Guards, they are a race of angelic ice mages. Their skin and hair is as white as snow, cold as ice, and hard as stone. Never sleeping or eating they are the immortal guardians of the City of Red Stone, protecting all my followers that enter the city.

Some humans were having a jelly roll party and Yaos was angry about not being invited which led to her burning the place down along with all the poor little party goers inside.
