Also, I'd swear I'm screwing up something with my calculations, because even without maturity included those base stat growths seem waaaay too high.

Calculations are all ok, only thing is that second PS. Fog of war over forum is WAY too annoying to map to use it effectively. I would change it since fog is almost or never gonna show up. Same for desert maps, they will be like 1 or 2 maps so I'd say change it.

Final Verdict is alright to me.

Honestly, the bonuses aren't too amazing from either, anyway. I'm assuming we don't need to be min-maxing support bonuses to stand a chance in combat, anwyay, right?
