Suddenly, while the hooded man is still distracted by his hand trying to choke him, Beirus appears and swings his whipsword at the Rogue. The blade arcs through the air and lops both his legs off with ease.

The Rogue, fighting through pain, finally manages to summon a pile of stones. He sees some sharp looking stones there, but he's out of magic juice - no way he's imbuing anything right now. Also, he's not really sure he can really carve anything into himself while being preoccupied with wrestling his arm away from his face.

You walk into the Grand Hall and find it empty. Perfect, there will be no interruptions.
First of all, you try doing something with those orbs that have been following you around. You point at a wall and mentally order one of them to move. One orb immediately launches itself at the wall and breaks into a few pieces. You're pretty sure you could launch them all at once if you'd like to.

Description: The Manipulator was the avatar of one of trio of forces, each representing an alignment and view of the world and having an intrinsic knowledge of what the other forces are doing. The Manipulator represents evil/practicality, the Light represents good/optimism, and the Rogue represents neutrality and is a mix of both. He looks similar to the Manipulator, but he dresses in gray and you can see his face. His eyes are blue and his hair is brown. He talks in blue.
