Well, I was doing the former (And was pretty sure that's how the sentence in the OP would be interpreted), but I'm starting to think that doing the latter for the remaining roles would result in a more even mix.

Almost, though.
Just three sets of roles to distribute left. Got all the major huge ones behind me already, too.

Once I have those done, I can get the role PMs finished, and then I'll be ready to start whenever.

OK, that works Salsa. Replace list is is. Also, if you are looking for a game to join from the start, Home Front 2050 is still in signups.

Also, big news: All roles are assigned. Yup. Except for some clean-up and other pre-game stuff, we're ready to start, and I will send out the PMs when we do. As well, I am crafting the opening post now.
