Did wearing the shoes put her into a position to be killed?
Yeah.
Were the shoes living?

Are they actual shoes?

Is the situation we are trying to guess a more or less eloquent pun?
Nope, yeah, and nope, I'm not an asshole. Yet.

Were the shoes provocative in nature?
Well, I guess this type of shoe was considered provocative in the past, but now they're pretty commonplace. And in the setting, too.

Did the shoes impede movement?
Oh, aye.

Were the woman's bones damaged in the process of her death?

Did her death and the buying of the shoes occur close together, chronologically speaking? By "close" I mean no more than fifteen minutes apart.

Did her death result from grossly inappropriate use of shoes?

Did her death involve a vehicle?

Did she trip over and get run over?

In order:

Yes.

Not necessarily.

Depending on what you mean by "grossly inappropriate". They were on her feet the whole time, not stuck up her bum or anything, but it was kinda dumb of her.

Did her death involve a vehicle?

Did she trip over and get run over?
No and no.

Were her shoes high heels?

Were her shoes sandals?

Did her death involve attempts to navigate difficult terrain?

Did her death involve attempts to climb a tree?

Was there another human involved in her death?

Did her shoes provoke unwanted attention of some kind?

Can I have a definite answer to the second question?

Were the shoes dangerous in and of themselves?

The shoes were high heels, there were no attempts to navigate difficult terrain or climb a tree, and yes, another human was involved.

Did her shoes provoke unwanted attention of some kind?

Can I have a definite answer to the second question?

Were the shoes dangerous in and of themselves?
No, they didn't provoke anything, okay, to the second question, let's say she bought them, and then wore them the next morning. And no. Ordinary high-heeled shoes.

Definitely need broader questions.

Did her death cause bleeding?

Were the shoes damaged by the circumstances of her death?

Was the other human aware of its role in her death prior to its occurrence?

Did her death cause bleeding?

I guess. Not a whole lot, but a substantial amount of blood was spilled.

Were the shoes damaged by the circumstances of her death?

No. Well, maybe if blood got on them, but not much.

Was the other human aware of its role in her death prior to its occurrence?
Are you asking if he meant to kill her? Then no. If you're asking if she died as a result of something he did, then yes.
