Tir, if you use Leaf on the Wind, it'll help your evade a lot. You should remember it in the future. You can use it every turn as long as you don't attack, and it gives a nice boost to evade.

The boost is equal to 4 x MAG, or 4 x 10 if MAG is eleven or more. So yeah, it can actually help quite a bit.

This means in any turn I can move but can't reach an enemy, I can use that skill? Does it remove any chance of counter attacks given the (-1) to attacks done?

What determines a counter attack being 2 strikes or more?

You can reach an enemy and still use Leaf on the Wind. Sometimes it might be smarter to let them attack you, especially if you're holding a chokepoint.

You see the AS stat? If your AS is at least 4 points higher than the enemy's AS, you double-attack them. Same thing in reverse, but you're a myrmidon and they tend to double more often than not.
