Well, it seems... interesting, I suppose?
Personally I'm quite comfortable sitting here on Bay12 for all my forum gaming needs, as well as various other discussions, so I'm probably not the target audience for the "focus that into one central hub" idea. Still, I wish you good luck with meeting your goal.
I don't have my usual amount of spare funds at the moment, but if my financial situation takes a turn for the better in the next 19 days I might just contribute a pound or two.

Ok so, he's more of an associate of the arts I knew a few years ago who I refound.

Well, we're now up and live! One of the backers gave us an early out-of-kickstarter-donation, which has allowed me to afford the webhosting. Any further backing will go towards future webhosting costs and more importantly, advertising.

Is it a good idea to have a section for flaming and hate? Isn't that what moderators are for?

EDIT: Also, with regard to the actual Forum Gaming section, there might be a few too many sections. A lot of these areas fall onto one another. For example: roleplaying could be a large part of any of the other sections you've got laid out. It all seems a bit confusing.
