[spoiler=CHEAT VENDORS & CHEATOINS EXPLANATION]
The Cheat Vendor is where players who want to 'cheat' go- it sells various cheap tricks for
Cheatoin, a mystical currency of unknown origins.
Entering the Vendor counts as a minor action, but buying something will take up a whole turn- which can be worth the trouble for something like a Seal of Even More Infinite RTD (5
Cheatoins) on another player or a Pardon Coupon (1
Cheatoin), the effects of which can cause a lot of trouble amongst your opponents or save you from annihilation and defeat.
All players start with exactly 0 [ZERO] Cheatoins. Attempting to Coup the Cheat Vendor results in me prescribing you the most agonizing, painful, disturbing death I can come up with while still being legal forum-wise and reality-wise. In-Game, of course.
Cheatoins can ONLY be gained by taking over another players territory, stumbling across one of my hidden stashes which have a 1 in a 1000 chance of appearing, or discovering other secret features which can only be discovered in just as unlikely circumstances. They do carry through Death, Universal Reboot, etc. and
normally cannot be stolen without a hefty modifier beyond anything I've ever seen.
I use
this dice roller to determine if you find a stash, it requires you get a perfect [1000]. I roll once for every player evry turn
-Describing your form/s of government and military structure doesn't (normally) require a roll, although it might at some point affect a roll.
-Note that, while declaring war on the Cheat Vendor is
allowed, it is suicidal since it can use all items in stock and possibly
recruit other players. Teaming up is suggested if you decide to... disregard this warning.
-If you want to attempt to assassinate someone on the sly or do a sneaky action you
can PM me so the other players don't know- just know that there is an 'evidence roll', which can either lead them directly to the culprit or completely mislead them and misdirect the victims fury.
