((Well, not what I was going for. I was thinking just being a different Syndicate, probably under a different name. Or the same name, to make it confusing. But seriously, it would be kinda cool to be in a territory war with the Third Street Saints.))

At that point? Sure. If the Syndicate, like the Saints, manage to ascend gang status to paramilitary force or sovereign state, sure. Note that this game, with it's departures and craziness, is still not a Saints level game.
