Prostate-specific... antigen?
So people having too much of that need some kind of prostate substitutes?

Some kind of... prostatutes?

Alright, I found another 4e Gem of Idiocy +23 (because why would 4e have logically small bonuses?)

Recap:
DC 15: Cave bears live in caves.
DC 20: Dire bears like to attack stuff with their claws.
DC 25: Bears shit in the woods. (Projected)

Internet Lore
The following information can be gained with a successful Computers check.

DC 15: The internet is a thing.
DC 20: There are words on the internet.
DC 25: The internet is accessed with a computer.
DC 30: The internet contains informative websites such as Wikipedia.
DC 35: The internet contains flash games.
DC 40: The internet contains swear words, racism, and misogyny.
DC 45: The internet contains pornography.
DC 50: The internet exists.
DC 55: Bay12 is a place on the internet.

...Wait is the internet lore literally a thing you found? and wow 4e handles knowledge checks really shittily if that's how it works.

I'd have it more like

DC15: Bears are non-aggressive unless hunting or feel threatened
DC20: Bears, when threatened, will rear up and challenge the perceived threat before charging
DC25: Bears are known for grabbing onto and mauling their targets.

I still think "bears" is a weird choice for knowledge check. Now, executioner's hoods are fun. I ran into one of these.
Quote
DC 15: Executioner's hoods are living bags of flesh that ambush their prey
DC 20: Executioner's hoods attack by enveloping their prey and suffocating them to death.
DC 25: Half of all incoming damage to the executioner's hood is delivered to the target of suffocation.
DC 30: Executioner's hoods are vulnerable to alcohol.

We killed it by trying to drown it (and the player) in a barrel alcohol, funny enough. It's the only liquid there was plenty of around.

I feel like an actually reasonable way to handle it would be something like:
DC 15: Knows how to avoid provoking bears
DC 20: Knows how to identify if bears naturally live in a given setting
DC 25: Knows how to identify using environmental clues if a bear is living in the area.

This all assuming that you NEED to have "knowledge: bears", given that most adventurers, and most modern humans, already have basic bear knowledge.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Bear lore is an actual thing. The first two Nature results are literally paraphrased from the DnD 4e rulebooks. Seriously why would you even need to do a check for this stuff.
