Only half my vote comes because she's evil and thus gets to be the one to do menial labor.

The other half comes from her having a high wisdom score.

If there was a ranger(I could be a ranger, still. Would be interesting, though not half so interesting as Paladin-Ranger Devoted Tracker with Halfling Outrider and Wild Plains Outrider for ridiculously awesome steed), they would be the one to fish, because Survival.

EDIT: Actually, question. We don't have a true rogue-archetype character(monks really don't count), should I be a Ranger instead?

To avoid becoming stupendously MAD, can I ask that I be able to use Charisma for paladin spellcasting? As it is now, I need Strength because Paladin, Dexterity because Bard, Constitution because Everything, Intelligence because Bard, Wisdom because Paladin, and Charisma because Paladin AND Bard.

Seems reasonable. Why not?

So there's not much point in taking fishing gear unless you have those things? :/

Alright. A fishing kit includes ten hooks, a rod, and some thread for line. It all snowballs into a measly 2 gp and weighs 2 pounds (because if they decide that a thick stick weighs four pounds then a thin one weighs one and if a dagger weighs an entire pound then a bunch of little bits of pointy metal and some string oughta weigh about the same). It comes in a bag with a strap. Offcuts from meals and trail rations are automatically saved in the bag as bait. Foraging for bait takes one minute and can be take-10'd on*.

*on land. Ye'd better hope there be rats in thatthere ship. You take a -4 penalty to fishing^† rolls without it.
†Fishing rolls = survival rolls

Nope, sorry. Kicking DF Legends mode and taking names and spheres is the entire god generarion process.

Not that it is frowned upon to like a god other than your patron deity.

If I wanted to make an ultra-character shenanigan, I would A. Beg him to let me become a Dread Pirate, B. Probably be a sorceror or wizard(he BUFFED WIZARDS WTF), and C. Actually take leadership.

If I do, I won't abuse it, I promise. But you did say it was open-world, and Leadership is pretty damn nice for open-world base building and the like.

Leadership is one of those things that's just poor etiquette to take, though, haha. I also WTFed a bit at the wizzie buff, but it's not terrible, considering what it is. So, what, you don't drop Illusion/Evocation/Necromancy (whichever you like least)? Because obviously fuck Enchantment.
