Yeah, looking at the different clans, daeva seems to fit perfectly - manipulation with a side order of stabbin' if that doesn't work. Hmm, I'll change her name from Alice to something else. Victoria. That sounds upper-class enough.

What a shame. Imagine the awkwardness! We'd have to refer to each other by our last names exclusively. It'd be like a sci-fi novel, but with more vampires (works dedicated to space vampires notwithstanding)!

Okay, new character concept worked out (although perhaps linking it again wasn't entirely necessary). It's Alice, she's a Satanist lab tech, and she had a friend named Alice who is not the Alice who already is another PC. Now 50% more rich in character!

Also, I chose clan Nosferatu and picked Composure as the favored attribute - that just means adding an extra dot to the attribute in question, right?

Also, as a side note, I'm sorry to say that, starting next Monday, I will be gone for about twelve days, maybe a few more on top of that. If you get more players, maybe you can start me out a bit later?

Yeah, I wouldn't want to undermine the game just yet... but I think it's entirely conceivable that Alice Drinkwater would want to take on an edgier name once she realised she was in fact a vampire, so it might not end up as silly as it could be.

It does seem reasonably plausible, kind of like there being three Johns in a group of people. Improbable, granted, but plausible. I suppose I could change my name if you really feel it's undermining things badly enough. I just really felt like railing against the One Steve Limit.
