Pride: This Item is not tied for either the majority or minority Item.

For Game 10, I'm thinking about hosting an RPG survival game that is somewhat related to the theme of Minority Rule, with characters instead of players. More info soon.

So, question.

What's the point of Hero? It seems like it's just saying 'you win if you have this...and fulfill the normal win condition.'

It's fairly redundant.

It makes it so more than two players can win a game, if they all have Hero. It's a fairly rare occasion but it can happen, not sure about the odds. Like if there are 8 players at the start, two pick Unity and six pick Hope, at the end there will be three players left with Hero and they all win.

Oh also, I changed Hero this turn I think, made it so players can win at any time as long as they all have Hero (rather than at start of turn only). It's why I removed Unity in the middle of the game, since I realized it was possible for everyone to pick Unity and then instantly win. I'll probably keep Hero the same (maybe rename it), and change Unity back to turning just three pickers into Hero rather than all pickers.

Anyway, turns out I don't have some important gameplay issues figured out with the Minority Rule RPG, so it will have to be postponed.

Next game will be the same as usual, except that I'm gonna include as many random ideas for Items, Statuses, and general rules as I can, mostly for testing purposes/fun. If you guys have any suggestions, post them and I'll likely include them even if they're not balanced. Also, I'm in for next game. (won't cheat I promise)

Can there be more than one wave of victories? E.g. In a game of 5 Zombies and 2 players without statuses after an unlucky run with Balance, those players win, leaving the Zombies. If one or two of those Zombies pick, for example, Cure later on, do they win?

Yes, they win, but only if the other 3 stay as Zombies. If 3 of the 5 Zombies pick Cure, they can't win and are likely eliminated for picking the majority item.

What if the only player left is an Insane Zombie? That player can't win, nor be eliminated for his/her sole majority. Will the game end there, or play a few boring solo rounds until he/she changes status?

On that note, you might want to reword the description of Zombie, as we haven't really defined "losing". It could be simply "A player with Zombie cannot win" or "If a Zombie would win the game, that player is eliminated instead", whichever you find more balanced for the game, or even something completely different but well-defined.
