  Good evening. I seem to have been waylaid, but I'd like to note in the Urist Arrhenius vs poketwo case that any quotes used as evidence from my Fantasy Map thread are invalid since I neither forbid nor discourages either ALLCAPS nor Scyther. Three such quotes were used, and I would submit a case of Quote Misuse against Urist Arrhenius if he didn't have a point.

  Yes, I admit that poketwo should consider toning it down by 11 or so.

 

  As per the current case, Dampe's case should have been tossed out of court- if he sues everyone, that includes himself. Cases in which one sues theirselves are generally seen as pointless since either way, the one sueing wins and only wastes the courts time.
