That sounds good; though honestly, we could possibly run the exams now, with the remaining applications entering during the exams and keeping the time ambiguous until one is victorious.

We retake it until we suceed or the GM pulls a Dues Ex Machina and lets us in nonetheless.

I think you go to Slifer Red, where the "worst" duelists go.

Actually, it depends on how well you do. I've got a rudimentary system up to determine who goes where depending on how they did, and while winning provides quite a bit of points, it's possible to get to Ra Yellow even if you lose.
