Quelle quietly gets up from his seat and moves quickly towards the exit of the cave.
Nothing impeded his daring escape from the clutches of Answith's dinner table.
However, he did hear voices coming from the hole he had found earlier.

Yior.
Thankfully, Quelle and Boo were not noticed by the three and make it outside.
The sun is rising in the distance, and the birds are chirping. Answith will notice his absence soon.
Now what? As a sidenote, Quelle's ankle feels better though he won't be running easily any time soon.

Jog towards town, being careful to avoid and see any pits/ravines/potential tripping hazards. He has learned his lesson, there.

At intervals on his jogs, he stops and looks over his shoulder for a few seconds, searching for signs of pursuit.

Going in the direction Answith motioned in, Quelle sets off at a jog with Boo moving beside him.
Not even 15 minutes pass before he has to slow down again because of the pain in his ankle.
Every 5 or so minutes, Quelle stops to take a look behind him to make sure no one is following him.
Thankfully, it doesn't seem like anyone has caught up to him or is trailing him.
When the sun rests high above his head, in the center of the sky, Quelle finds a wide stream and begins to follow it.
Another half hour passes before he finds a clearing - empty all but for the stream running through it and a woman lying on her side.
She's facing you on your side of the water, and her blonde hair is slick with blood that seems to be coming from a gash on her brow.
Boo doesn't seem to want to go in the clearing, however.
