1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

Lucen stays quiet. She didn't particularly like this whole 'rebelling' thing, but there weren't many options open to her in any case. She just hoped they could be done with this quickly...
