Linda ejects the empty shell, firing again, repeating the process.
Ashley teleports ontop of the Cereal Factory, and cuts off the sniper, attempting to summon her Mordite blade to swing with. If she fails the summon, she simply uses her Fatigue Katana.

[Sanure]

A figure emerges from the wreckage of the destroyed Repulsar (the part that is still attached to Castle dracula) and begins to look around before hauling a black coffin with white letters inscribed on the lid out of the wreckage. She looks around once more and heads into the castle.

Impending Assault

Ashley teleports right in front of the sniper, cutting him off from vaulting from the railing. She extends her hand behind her and attempts to summon her mordite blade.
[4 MAG] The black blade summons into her hand and swings at the sniper, who swiftly leaps backwards with a grunt.

Kyle finally latches onto one of the repulsors, ready to do whatever to it. It is obviously very close to his own design, likely reverse-engineered.

The sniper drops his rifle and pulls out his knife, stepping forward to slash at Ashley. Ashley parries the strike and ducks to the side before elbowing him in the chin and kicking him in the chest, pushing him down to the ground. She sprints to the side and slashes at him, dealing 8 damage!

Linda fires again!
[14 SKILL] VS [6 SPEED] The shot hits and deals 15 damage!

A massive ball of coursing energy is rotating within Alucard's hands, brightly illuminating to the point of near blindness as it leaks magic power.
 "TAKE THIS!" Alucard yells to the top of his lungs as he steps to the side and aims at a repulsor, unleashing the full extent of his magic at it. A colossal beam the size of a skyscraper blasts out and at the castle, unleashing blinding power as void fire rips at a castle turret, utterly decimating it as a conflagration of blue-green fire detonates at the point of contact, turning dust to dust and ash to ash. Flaming rubble flies past Maria's house, crushing against the concrete. The entire castle veers to the right from the massive blast.

Kyle sets his plasma sword to high concentration and begins the process of cutting through the repulsor at the ring. It can't operate when the ring is broken after all.

The mysterious girl with the coffin begins to search the castle. She seems to be looking for something.

She arches down the Mordite Blade.
Linda overwatches, to see if any more opponents appear, firing upon them when they do.

Ashley kills the man with her mordite blade.

Kyle cuts through the repulsor's ring and disables it.

Linda keeps watch.
Castle Dracula's repulsors slow down to a halt as it slowly descends towards the ground to a rough landing, crushing over a dozen houses as it touches the ground.
Alucard drops to the ground and grunts, looking to the castle.
 "W-We... we have to get over there..." he grunts, his hand set on his knee. Bartimaeus pulls Alucard up and nods, and they begin to sprint over to the castle.
 "Kyle!" Alucard yells up as he sprints through, vaulting over toppled trees and going through crushed homes to reach the castle, "Buy us some time so we can get inside, they'll be sending out reinforcements! Make sure they don't get out!"

Indeed, Kyle can notice that a giant bridge is lowering from the entrance of the castle, a large number of armed people waiting to unload and attack.

Kyle sets up a wall of air in front of the gate to keep it from opening. Unless they have hydrolic gates the chains will be worthless for preventing this.

The Counter Assault

Alucard shakes his head, sprinting along side her.
 "No, we can't wait anymore; I have to go in and finish what I should have done a long time ago..! I have to do this, so will you help me?" he asks as he looks at her.

Kyle conjures up a wall of air and manages to hold back the gate.

Linda opens fire with her rifle, downing some of the soldiers behind the gate.

SERT bombers reveal themselves by strafing the now-grounded castle's turrets, followed by several dropships landing near the gate. Squads of battle mages and infantry stream out, creating a defensive line around any openings.

"Merde, civilian casualties. We're in for it now.

Northsdale Five and allies, we'll hold the main force off here. Go take down their commanders."

((time to skip the mook whacking, and get straight into the boss fight. END THIS EVERLASTING PLOT))

Linda continues firing. MPRA Gunships enter through several rifts, firing upon the army. Units drop from high above and begin fighting on the ground, raising hell, countering magic with their exosuits.
"Guess o have no choice in the matter. Let's do this."
Ashley holds out both her blade as she runs.

Kyle shrugs and, after slamming the gate shut forcefully a couple times let's it drop so he can have his fun. He goes in the top unlike those none flying plebs at the front door.
