The most drastic change is the combat, honestly. But a lot of the lore changed too; ask Akroma for a summary of that.

thats not true, Icarus and Alice married, Alucard and Ashley have more suggestive tension going on than ever, and Dalia is stuck in some sort of love triangle where everyone is too shy to take the next step. Also Garret and Stella, but stella is less active than ever. There is plenty of shipping

Yeah, it's the pre-relationship tension that's worth all the effort. The actual relationships themselves usually makes me cringe. Icarus/Alice is pretty much set in stone, so meh to that. The main ships are the Kaiser/Dalia/everyoneelsewhojoinedin dodecahedron mess, and Alucard/Ashley, which has been hinted at for who knows how long.

Besides, Alice is glued to Icarus like, well, glue, and Icarus wouldn't cheat on Alice... well, probably, but no-one is ballsy enough to try. If memory serves, there are no other solid relationships running at this moment, so cheating is not really possible.

I don't see how you could jinx it. The only unshipped characters are Linda, Nazi-chan, Hakim, Titus and there's probably a few more that I'm missing here. But I honestly doubt that any more shipping will happen given how little effort those characters have made in pairing up, unless we all suddenly want to spite you or something. If it hasn't happened yet I don't see how it'll happen now.
