I figure it's something like creatively using a characters natural abilities. Like, Kyle could catch someone in his tentacles and violate burn their face off.

It's pretty special though isn't it? Unless there are a lot of people who can also do that.

I don't see why it has to be special though. Anyone with the same equipment and skills as ICARUS can perform the attack she used. It seems to just amount to using a weapon in a capacity beyond just slashing or firing normally in my opinion. Anyway, I was wondering more about the mechanics of it and what determines it being balanced rather than what the attack had to be like.

Nonsense aside, several new characters have turned up, Ashfake returned and was unceremoniously curb stomped, and ATM Kaiser was nearly assassinated by some mooks for hire, who are currently legging it up the highway.

Selina could be returning from a mini-vacation/trip to someplace, in which case she'll have to worry about the two battered Wall Street Golems struggling in the front yard, followed up by the state of the house, followed up by lots of new people.
