I have no idea, honestly. Assuming that we rip it out from Touhou, it's basically a time limit. So while the bosses use a spellcard, they get more stats/abilities, but if it runs out they have to flee. Or something. It doesn't really work here, honestly.

I don't know. A boss youneed to beat before a time limit would be hilariously frustrating.

The intense magic attempting to rip out their very soul would be a dead giveaway.

For the record, just like the inside of your skull/your brain doesn't actually have nerve endings to feel pain, I really doubt your soul would have magical nerve endings. You might feel chilly, or like someone walked over your grave or something, but I doubt it would be very flashy, really. That's the point.

Also, sometimes there's a specific reason why you need to harvest souls, and not just kill people.

Finally, most people have a Res of 5 or so, and whoever's using this camera would probably have a much higher Magic, making it unlikely to fail.
