Scotsmen's immortality was a overshot. Also he can't be buffed or learn how to do anything without spending 3 points on the action. However, I am ruling that Scotsmen's immortality and immutability are the same thing.

I think I worded my last action poorly.

Using my powers as the god of death, murder and rainbows, painfully torture Scotsmen until he regrets ever becoming immortal. 2 points for bonus to roll.
I would define using my own godly powers as within my ability, and thus not requiring points.
