Niru takes anything that fits and puts it in his bag. He then investigates the doll, if it does anything strange, take it, creepy things are awesome in Niru's mind.
Niru takes a T-shirt, the cargo pants, and a pair of socks. There isn't much space left in the bag. He goes to pick up the doll, and as his hand draws closer many voices whisper an indecipherable language to him. Then, the moment he touches it they all stop. A single voice jumps into his mind and simply says:

Niru smiles, shrugs, then shoves the doll into his bag. The whispering voices return, but this time he can understand them somewhat better.

BECAUSE PONIES!!!" At the very least, he remembered to close the door behind him. [1] Nearly every diseased in the streets begin chasing after him! [3] They chase him into a dead end. [15] There are about five hosts (regular diseased), and one has a club.
Continue waiting and laugh at Ethereal.
Dan and Warren continue waiting, and they both laugh as Ethereal darts out the door. They both eye the stuff he leaves, as well.
Two guys with claws, attack his left leg.
Guy with the club, go for whichever arm has the knife.
The other two, stand to his sides, just out of reach for now in order to stop him if he tries to run, also to step in in case one of the others gets injured.
[87,63][6,3] Two of the hosts lunge at Ethereal's left leg, but they get in each other's way. However, they both still manage to hit. The first grazes him for 2 damage, and the second hits for 10. [17] The club-armed host swings at Ethereal's right arm, but misses him. The other two remain on guard in case he tries to run.
