Colonise was appropriated by New Guy so you are unable to make use of its effects. Also, stealing a card I think would count as "removing it from the table". Toady One can't be stolen, changed or destroyed (but it can be invalidated by other cards).

You see, some people think it is unfair when certain cards only benefit one player, no matter who plays it.

I think it is quite unsportsmanly and annoying that all of tawarochir's cards only benefit him, even if I draw them. I don't think individual player names should be allowed in card's effects so they can be used for more variety and not just benefit one person.

I will also create a card this turn.
