Ottofar has said card sending is imminent and Erils has yet to respond.  If someone else sends me five valid cards then then can play instead of Erils.

Everyone has a starting hand of five. At the beginning of every subsequent round I'll send out your card draw for that round.

Okay, as there's no drawing this round, I'll send everyone's hands to Public Enemy Tawarochir and send out Round Two's draw.
