I could totally see a sealed dwarven cheese vault which you can only enter with protective equipment because the vapors from the cheese within will kill you if inhaled. Master cheesesmiths enter with protective equipment to remove tiny slivers of the cheese for cooking into less lethal meals, any one of which could buy out an entire caravan of goods.

The only problem I see with this is the Urists attempting to construct and use such a vault when it is made of swiss cheese.
