The ship is in a state of temporal flux, for some, each update is 15 minutes ingametime, for others, it is 4 hours.

Technically you could get rid of the cookies and the other fun!things you guys woke up and it would go faster as there would be no imminent danger.

Also J03 is not useless, try talking to him rather then bruteforcing your way into his systems.

I have no idea on how we would be rid of the dreaded cookies,besides somehow summoning the cookie monster.

J03 is too broken sounding for my character to bother giving it a chance.

Don't forget to charge them for it first.

Nah,free of charge! All they have to do is construct a special vessel to navigate the cookie filled halls and extract the kitchen back through the cookie filled halls!

Either that or let the starving masses onto our ship.
