The walls were carved with a nice looking pattern, and there was a stone chair. You reckon if you took a peice of the wall and take the time to haul the chair, you'd be able to able to use both to customize a house.

You take a piece of the wall, it chips off easily enough, but the chair is built into the wall, you'd need a pick to pry it from the wall. The door opens up after a minute, some blood dripped from the ceiling onto the opener. Your tour group was massacred, men, women and children, all dead.

Soul stones are used to capture souls, and souls can be used for a large number of things, powering magical constructs, over-charging trap spells, and creating or charging enchanted items.
