As for imbue arrow, it's different from what the text book says, it's now just
Battle Mage:
-Imbue Arrow-Fire: On miss, the arrow explodes and deals damage to the target anyway, based on MAG of the Battle Mage and RES of the enemy, without including Battle Mage's weapon ATK.

but also no, you need to be using the weapon, otherwise it could always be on.

    Living in one of the many villages in the country of Veros, Josephine's early days were of humble work and humble deed-left to inculcate the knowledge, virtues and values of the Velosian people: Humility, Generosity and the thinking of the Open Hand, an allegory which greatly defines the hospitality and good-naturedness of the country.
     
    Interested in the art of archery since youth--it is surprising to most that she has never tried the deed herself, though in the artform shows great affinity for such, having won a couple local tournaments since being introduced to the art. Josephine is a person which most have to be with to fully understand: Timid and described to be 'cute' by many, she is often also mistaken in her looks, younger than what age most expect her to be. Though obviously not one of a sturdy stature or build, she has a vested interest in development of abstracted intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and talents, having been exposed to philosophy from an early age. Nooot sure yet. Some stuff will be decided when I'm ready to start the game.

But uh... for now, people should say if they're planning on having their character be with the princess or just in the village. That'll help some.

Bio: Born to a family of peasants, Garran was like any other child. When he was 12 years old, the army came through his village, conscripting any able child into their ranks and sending them to help fight off bandits. Garran was no exception, and he was thrust into battle with a group of bandits near his village. The local hunter led them to where they believed was their hideout, and indeed, they found them there, as they were told. During the battle, Garran's group fought valiantly, but in the end, the bandits defeated, and they had to retreat back to the village. There, Garran formulated a plan to defeat the bandits, with help from the local hunter. The next day, the group once again went to the hideout, hiding in the bushes surrounding it and throwing javelins, shooting arrows and slinging speels at the bandits before they noticed the. Once they took care of the sentries, they were able to easily take out the bandits. Garran personally dealt the last blow on their leader.
The next day, the group went to report, and Garran was praised by the group for his thinking and skills. For this, he was assigned to the castle guard, slowly rising to status of royal guard through years of service.
When the Princess went to remove the bandit threat, Garran was assigned by the king to help her in the task due to his experience in taking care of bandits , as well as to spy on her, to make sure she remains alright during her task.

+15 Hit and Evade is pretty ridiculous for a PS. +10 to each or +15 to one is standard.

Uh, only issue with the bio I see is that the king's dead. Besides that, what Sirus said about your PS and your PF can be either -2 base damage or -15 evd, doesn't need to be -both.
