Size- Medium (Small for a capital ship)
Class- Cruiser      Cruisers are qualified as Tiny with my combat system. (I mean when you get to ships larger then planets, everything is tiny, this works though since I know the size you mean.)
Speed- Slow (Fast for a capital ship)   A decent amount of engines? In space, if you scale something up infinitely, it works fine, a massive ship can move as fast as a fighter if you scale up everything properly.
Integrity- Medium-High   So armor is frayed a bit?
Boarding Ports- 2  Do they have loading systems?
Engines- 2 Main, 6 Secondary  How big are the engines in respect to the ship?
Power- Fusion Drive, Engine Deck; Antimatter Drive, Maintenance Deck    Power generation and power storage?
Weaponry- 5-Cannon Broadside, Pair Sponson-Mounted Energy Lance, 6 Turret-Mounted Gauss Culverins   What kind of cannons?
Craft- 2 Short-Range Workhorse Skiffs, armed with Pair Turret-Mounted Gauss repeaters and 4 Anti-Matter missiles  Are the skiffs externally mounted? Also I will bump up the missile amount to 5 since missiles are stored in 5's
Special Features-
Reinforced Fore Bulkhead  More armor here?
FTL Drive (Needs complete isolation for operation, which is why the maintenance deck is detached)  Cruisers rarely have FTL drives, they usually piggyback on a carrier bubble. this would take a MASSIVE amount of space, there would be almost no room for anything else.
Underslung Cargo Loading Bay Easy enough
Automated Fire Suppression System  This is standard

1. No, it's a measure of resiliency.
2. Loading systems? They're docking ports.
3. For scales, see the schematics. Those things at the bottom are the engines.
4. Alright, and they are contained within hangar areas with a raising-floor-type airlock system.
5. Yes.
6. Scale things up and down as necessary. I designed the boat with the idea that FTL drives were small enough for all capital ships to fit them.

((Would a simpler system be more fun?My gut says no, but it would be a hell of a lot less confusing for the rest of us.))

We could probably fudge this stuff. It's what I would do.

((Cruisers aren't capital ships with my tactical system, the smallest cap ship is a Dreadnaught.)

((I'll scale this up to a Battlecruiser though, that is the smallest that it can feasibly have a FTL drive and enough room for everything else. It will be extremely underarmed and underarmored for a battlecruiser, but it will have FTL, where most don't, and it will still be able to take down cruiser sized ships, but has less of a chance with something larger. Which is a heavy advantage when you can do a micro warp through any ship without a spacial warping inhibitor after about 40 rounds and atomize them.))

((Loading systems mean rails that can move objects from the docking port to storage.))

((The engines look really unprotected if that is pure engine and no armor.))

((Integrity is a term used for defining how intact something is, so if the armor is frayed, so it is missing chunks or is weakened, then that is medium-high, if you mean armor strength, aka the type of armor, then that would probably be what you mean. A combo of Heavy and Normal armoring?))

((Yah, I'll scale up the ship to a BC since the Skiffs are effectively Hunterkiller ships. Also do the Skiffs have a single missile launcher? It's normally 5 missiles per launcher.))

((Wow, this is confusing.))

((Welcome to the world of game making, on your left you can see the maimed remains of simplicity, on your right you can see a spacecraft of indeterminate size and shape.))

((Is there some sort of simpler system avalible?))

((Take a gander at the Blackspace game I have in my sig, the first forum based incarnation of it is relatively simple, the second incarnation is using the system we are discussing right now.))

1. In the system I'm using for classification, capital ships range from frigates to dreadnoughts, with cruisers being the second smallest.

2. My ship designs are influenced by Star Wars and by naval combat, so the engines stick out the back and make pretty lights, and the ship is armed in the same manner a ship would in the Age of Sail.

3. That would be what I mean. Integrity is a measure of how frayed and weakened the ship can become before being wrecked.

4. Skiffs were going to have slung missiles, but sure.

See, this is why I like my fluidity :P.

((Unfortunatly,I don't think I would be really able to keep up with this sort of system,we'll just go with dice rolls, sorry Kevak and Remuthra.))

Juno is dragged by Lily, hopefully without falling or anything similar.

Quote from: Lyeos
Drag Juno to her (as that's still what Lily thinks) quarters.
(3) At least you managed to get on the ship.

Quote from: Kevak
Juno is dragged and hopefully avoids falling.
(3) Juno ends up getting half way before tripping.

Quote from: Remuthra
Diagnostics error. Reattempting...

Reattempt Diagnostics.
(1) Something is terribly wrong with this ship.

The Many: Having quietly looked at and listened to the recent events, We ponder a moment, then approach Joe 9000's viewscreen.
(1) Joe 9000's view screen seems to have exploded at some point.

((I'm just going to repost.))

Telepathically and physically search for the Science lab.

Upon reading the map I make my way towards the science deck.
(2) You ponder if this ship is a complete wreck that barely managed to dock, the moniter won't display the map.

Role playing phase.
