Doesn't matter if you're a simacularum or not. You have the memories, and that's most of what makes a person. If there's someone else out there who has the same ones as you do, you kill them and then you're still unique.

"But how do I know if these memories are real? What if they are just a false implementation?"

There's no difference.

"If you aren't the same soul then don't you think your sister would have noticed? Or maybe you are just getting worried about the fact you're growing up and thinking you're changing. Which you are but that's natural."

"Yes there is. I don't think I'm the same Roran Whitmire--I'm just another soul designed to run a simulation of him."

Then kill Roran Whitmire, and become him.

"A trick of the gods, or maybe... no, Lizzie wouldn't do that. And puberty will not affect me anymore--I will stay the 14 year old I once was--if I once was, as fleshly hormones no longer influence me.

Roran Whitmire is dead, taken as toll for the attempted resurrection of my mother--his mother. Lizzie caught his soul and bound it inside the skull I once was, but how do I know that skull really was Roran Whitmire and not another soul?"

Who cares? If what you know about yourself says that you are this person, then accept that you are. If the idea displeases you, discard it and become another person. Identity does not make the person.
