Gelid just sits down, scared as the blue beam slowly grows brighter.

Kyle smiles calmingly at her.

Kyle hears a voice in his head.
She's returning to her world.

"You're going home Gelid."

[PrivateNomad]

"I-I.. what..? B-But I don't w-want to leave you, Mister Kyle.." she says as she tugs on his shirt.

Kyle chuckles and pats her back.
"I'm sure we'll meet again. Besides, you have family to see don't you?"

"Yeah... my mommy must miss me a lot..

Mister Kyle.. I.. I wasn't joking when I said that you looked like my daddy in a way.. he was a vampire, but he had your hair and eyes... he's gone now, but I still love him in my heart..."

Kyle smiles at her.
"That's good. Just remember, everyone normally ends up in the same place. And relatives can normally visit if they don't."

Gelid extends her arm for a final hug, in tears.
 "C-C-Can I have something t-to remember you by..?"

Kyle hugs her. The little Lamia he showed her crawls onto her shoulder.

Gelid looks up at Kyle and cries even more before the blue light envelopes the entire room, pulsating with powerful magic as it shrouds Gelid's form before shooting up in a white light, passing through his roof and flying into the night sky as a bolt of whiteness. Gelid's iced teardrop is left where she ascended, sparkling on the floor in radiance and sadness.

Lizzie blinks.

Jasmine blinks.

Rex blinks.
