Aki would stay under Zakarov.'
Domai would still be of a high rank in the Human Hive, since the Free Drones wont be in if they aren't voted for, so he never rebelled. If not, we may hold a vote to see what role he plays.
Godwinson would likely be killed in the initial fighting.
Roze is not a guy, and they would stay under Zakarov.
Santiago would stay under Hive, if they actually got in. If not, dead in initial fighting.
Yang would be captured by whoever we are playing as ( in fluff of course ) so we can still include him

It seems more likely that if the Spartans are absent, it's because they got destroyed by Gaians/superceded by Sven. All the other ones sound sound though.
Domai was a drone in what was probably from the Hive... In which case, life is tough, and he's likely not going to change history much except become another nerve stapled fool.
Roze was a Morganite worker before splitting. Mo money mo probe teams.
Hive vs Spartans in the ship seems likely, and would explain why they both didn't make it. They're tough as nails.
Isn't it in one of the books that Yang talked his Spartan captor into killing themself? So, quasi-canon at least has Yang being captured. For a while.
