Thigh high stockings, horizontal green stripes on black background.
Black Denim short shorts.
Skin tight black shirt. (Is it sleeveless, short sleeved, long sleeved, tank top, or shoulderless with long sleeves?)
Pink sash (is it around the waist or is it shoulder to waist?)
Bright green lipstick.
Light green eyeshadow, enough to suggest green but not be a heavy green.

Maybe: ?
A necklace with a fancy brass key on it.
Any shoes? If so what type/color?
Accessories? Earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, anklets, ribbons, that kind of stuff.
Any other cosmetics? blush/rogue, nail polish, mascara (colored is possible), any others that peeps can think of.

Also just so you peeps know, Kira has long green hair down to the lower part of his back, should have made that clear earlier, does that change any part of the outfit?

I think the shirt should be sleeveless and the sash should be a waist sash. But ask the rest of the guise, I'm just hanging about.

Also, shoes unnecessary - we're at home.

Double also, brass key necklace is a must.

(Well you could also use a collar or something to cover up the neck, maybe an octagon of cut rose quartz in the center of it, and maybe black leather for the rest of the collar.

I'm going to put that in as a vote, I said I would vote occasionally at the very beginning, and clothing is clearly the most important thing so far.

I am going to leave the outfit alterations post up for a few hours before confirming it all)

Sort of. A sash can double as a scarf as need be I think though. Think Esmeralda. Regardless, I don't consider myself much of a fashion expert. ^.^

A scarf goes totes alright with a skintight outfit. It provides contrast, like, I dunno, why superheroes wear capes and tights. Plus of it's a long scarf, it looks badass.
