Wild, but not evil, BUT with the caviot of having a necromancer tower nearby. Thus, undead invasions can still happen.
Should it be a succession fortress or a community fortress. For the hypothetical people out there who don't know the difference, a succession fortress gets passed between players, each of whom oversee the fortress for a set amount of time, while a community fortress is run by one person, with the others contributing RP. In my experience, both work perfectly fine for scheming: The second link in my sig leads to the successor of a fortress that WAS a massive series of plots and counterplots until it imploded from critical plot mass (meaning that the fortress itself died in a boring way, so we RP'd a better one).
Also, modded or unmodded. If modded, should the modders here (yes, there are some) make something up or should we use a mod pack that has already been built?
I'm okay with this- I'm a fan of wild starts. (Used to do Sinister until I just started wiping those first year or two.)
Succession is what I had in mind, but there's no real reason we couldn't do both if someone wanted to run the community game.
I'd prefer unmodded, if only for the simplicty. I play typically unmodded myself (other than enabling female beards, because in my book female dwarves have beards just as glorious. Also, both times I wrote beards there I wrote it as "bears".)
