The other Jester dances, allowing Valerie to strike again. Its dance also lets the remaining Gargoyle start a pincer attack, but Miguella hears the beast as it flies around the corner, and has plenty of time to dodge. Wait, dodge? Hey - she's able to move again! Griff feels a lance through him AGAIN. The poor guy just can't get a break!
