The letter is very heart wrenching, describing how Cado feels he's right next to Yukari, and also miles away. Everything he's ever felt for Yukari is in that picture.

it goes very indepth into his feelings, describing every single one that he has for her and why. Her fiery personality, her gentle beauty, her ability to take his sarcasm, her tsundere attitude, and then her gentle side towards her sister and those she cares about. It shows a lot of depth without being lengthy.
