How would you like the battle map to be drawn?

Stick dudes in colored squares
Character initials in black and white
Everyone invents character symbols and I use those

Tawarochir, Sage of both Dungeons and Dragons
Hello, there. I am going to make a cleric.

Are Aasimar still a player race in 4e?

My bet is it's not Good, and probably not Lawful either.

Also, three leaders?  :o
All good. We can just have a wolf pack style fight for the alpha role.

Also, I won't be automatically smited for blasphemy if I chose not to worship any gods right? Because I'm definitely leaning towards the 'I kneel before NO ONE!' philosophy. Will probably get me killed if we end up physically meeting a god, but oh well. BETTER TO DIE ON MY FEET THAN LIVE ON MY KNEES!
(If you can't tell, my dragon born is going to be very proud and stubborn. And make liberal use of caps lock)

David will stand by and let the natural leader rise to the top, while pushing everyone towards the Path of Enlightenment.

And by leader, I mean the healer/buffer role.

Well, I did now.
I am typing in stuff while reading the handbook, so it's not quite finished yet.

So what are the tenets of Zilje and Kley? I'm trying to choose between them.

Edit:
Also, where are giants common?

That would be Enkol, Sage of Law.

Let's see...

The Stone Sage tells followers to stay strong and never crumble under any circumstances. He also rivals Water worshipers, but not to the point of war.

The Sage of Giants tells his worshipers to be as strong as possible and battle as hard as you can under any circumstances. Basically sort of like vanilla D & D's Kord.

Also, giants hail from the central mountains.

What is the alignment of Tawochir?

That would be everything at once and more besides. I listed myself under "Leader of the Sages of Fate" when I listed myself as DM, right? It's not like I'm going to run around and kill people, so it does not matter.

Being everything kind of also makes him old 2nd Edition Chaotic Neutral or current Unaligned, because the Lord of Sages is everything at once since he sees the benefits of each alignment.

Also, three leaders?  :o

None worship gods, they worship Sages.

All jokes beside, the Sages don't care who you worship even if it's no one at all.

Alright, this is comin' on well.

I'm just going to set up a 10-by-10 grid map in gimp and draw in major things (people, impassable tiles, difficult terrain, etc....)

I have a first quest and a rather silly second one written up, I'll just wait until I have enough people here.
Sounds good! I found the link to a dungeon maker, which you can screenshot for use as encounter maps; but if you've already got something going for that, that's cool too.

Here's a sheet for Lord Rhogar Firehand of the Dragonborn.

I have a question about house rules: in the rules, it states that we can get our weapons silvered, at a cost of 500 gp. Could I get my armor silvered, at the same price, and if so, would I gain a bonus to charisma?

Sure, I guess, although it would only be like a trim. Full silver armor would cost you about 5000 gp. Also, with your rather good reasoning, a plus one or two bonus would be logical. So, go ahead once you have the coinage.

Also, interesting story: I came up with most of those fantasy names by the simple process of hitting random keyboard buttons with my eyes shut and rewriting the result so it works better colloquially. for example:

eluqwe
Capitalize it and add vowels between large amounts of consonants
Eluquwe
Rearrange it a bit and you have
Eluque
Boom, name.

Not only do we have three leaders, we have three divine classes! Nobody make another Dragonborn, because that'll make three!

So do our characters worship sages? What Sage would best suit a Lawful Good Paladin?

Yeah, if there won't even be a map, then about 80% of my general strategies don't work. But I'd still be willing to play. Would you accept hybrid classes?

Sure, hybrid classes are fine, I guess. I mean, with proportionate limits, verily. No fighter-paladin-rouge-druid-wizard-warlock-ranger-clerics who gain ~10 powers on level up, sorry.

Hahaha.

Probably Enkol, Sage of Law.

That is correct.
