"But you do stand correct, there is something above such weapons. We are talking about a weapon enchanted with runes, that will give them a true special touch to them! A weapon that can enhance the wielder's strength, speed...It does depend on the rune, but I am sure you already heard stories about runed axes being able to drain life from their foes."
