Reg: Turn around promptly to face foe, sword in hand. Observe enemy, use caution. It is clearly a very large Kobold, and must be dealt with.

Okay, not enough fur for a werewolf, too far from civilization for a vampire, it might be a banshee unless night creatures include holis... Uh, oh.

Slash the hand. Try to look around the lair to see its contents, is there a shield?

+1 to the shield idea.

Also.... oh. Reg is fucked if that's what she's facing.

By Holis are you talking about Holistic Spawn or something to that effect, or something different?
Yep, holistic spawn. Also known as "scary ass motherfuckers".

Also guys, notice that EvictedSaint's tagline is now pseudocode for: If annoyed with fans, kill off Reg. Don't make any sudden moves if you want her to live.

Unless you are Reg, then move as suddenly as possible.

I'm scared!  Poor Reg!  Please ES, tell us what offerings we can make to save Reg.  We live to serve!

Do they bleed?

I've never seen them in-game, but I found this:

Quote
  • Spawn do not bleed nor breathe and their brains don't do anything. They only die when their obsidian hearts are destroyed or they are chopped in half.
  • Spawn don't feel pain.
  • Due to their lack of bleeding and obsidian hearts, immersion in magma does next to nothing to Spawn. I think it does slow them down due to their legs being injured, but it has the nasty side-effect of lighting them on fire virtually-forever.
  • Spawn have TRAPAVOID and LOCKPICKER (BUILDINGDESTROYER led to pathing errors, sadly), so most passive defense methods don't work.
  • Spawn have no weapons, but they can bite through armour with frightening efficiency due to natural skill and force multipliers.

I'm grateful I've never met them. Some things should've stayed forgotten.

I am also on the boat of

CHOP THE HANDS!

Also, still vote weresomethingorother.

+1

Everyone sure is keen about a stealth weremammoth appearing. It's like a save Ned Stark campaign. Also, I want to save the elf from the end of the last chapter. It feels important.
