I stop watching for a day, and they replace the main damage dealing move on their main damage dealer with mirror move.  Wow.  At least everything is overleveled because this has taken so long.

I'm pretty sure that the time required to go from one badge to the next depends much more on the difficulty of the required events between them than on the variances between the previous badge intervals.

This.  Sometimes the tree they have to cut down before the gym takes longer than beating the gym.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Yeah, we're running out of strategy here. If we make it the the Champion, we'll only make with overlevelling. And Lapras with surf and an ice type move.

Battle versus a lesser Bird Prophet right now!

Update: The lesser prophet has fallen! Also, now trying to get lapras!

Update2: LAPRAS GET! The lapras's nickname is essentially "AIR".

Every dwarf, every dwarven man, women, and child, that comes to our forts will die there; it's truly sad when you think about it. And we ask our selves, why? Why do we push forward, knowing this fate, that we are destined for failure? Because, this game grasps the concept of mortality. Some games you can never lose, but we all stop eventually, causing a 'death' to those game's 'worlds'. Dwarf Fortress gives us a definite end, knowing that we will leave that world eventually, and move on to more.

Dux is leering at a Marowak and the Marowak can't hit him because ground can't hit bird type. They're kinda stuck in a leer contest now.

Edit. All those leer worked and did a one hit KO.

Well, I've done some minor calculations because I had a random thought, and it turns out that if you make a graph using a coordinate style of (badge, days), with the hours and minutes becoming decimals of the days, the line roughly follows a curve equal to 7/24x2.  According to that graph, this is roughly when we might see the following:

Badge 6 will come around 10.5 days (~10d 12h 0min)
Badge 7 will come around 14.292 days (~14d 7h 1min)
Badge 8 will come around 18.667 days (~18d 16h 0min)
Elite 4 will come around 23.635 days (~23d 15h 14min)

To give contrast to actual time here's what has already been passed:
Badge 1
Actual: .383
Prediction: .292
Badge 2
Actual: 1.789
Prediction: 1.167
Badge 3
Actual: 2.478
Prediction: 2.625
Badge 4
Actual: 4.033
Prediction: 4.667
Badge 5
Actual: 8.304
Prediction: 7.292

The equation could do with some improvement, but it does get close.

It seems we're trying to grind for XP. Mostly for AIR.

We're grinding viciousness instead, by hit&running the assorted pokemons.

It seems like we're making some progress, since we're in a trainer battle now. I think we just made Lapras (I think that's Lapras, anyway) forget Water Gun to learn Sing instead.
